A Return to Delight
quick check-in fresh options
The receptionist made the check-in quick. She greeted me with a warm welcome. Lucy also helped me to sort out one thing. The breakfast included a wide variety of fresh options.
The birthday celebrations were not acknowledged by staff. I was informed of a complimentary room upgrade, but the upgrade wasn't given. There was no minibar provided in the room.

The receptionist provided a warm welcome. She made my check-in quick and effortless. One receptionist, Mama, provided especially helpful service. The staff was very great.

the breakfast included many options. i saw a freshly cooked omelette station and poached eggs. the room temperature felt great.
checkout took A bit longer. there was a small queue.

convenient location taxi ride coffee facilities
I found the location convenient near various shops. the abba arena was a short taxi ride away. It was our main destination. the room provided tea and coffee making facilities and was very clean.
the water for the room was only available on the ground floor and my room was on the 16th floor.

warm welcome spacious environment
the receptionist offered a warm welcome , , made the check-in process efficient. the room provided a spacious environment with a very comfortable bed for restful sleep.
i had requested a low floor , but i was assigned to the 6th floor. i suffer at heights , so i had to keep the curtains closed . i found this inconvenient.

The room featured a super nice view. It also had a modern design and felt clean. I found the staff helpful .
The gym seemed tiny. The shower was a wet room and it lacked power. They did not restock the room's tea and coffee, so this was inconvenient.
